This is an English translation for information purposes. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

2. What data we process

Only the details you give us when you request a service: your name, phone number, email address (optional) and your trip details (pick-up, destination, date, time, number of passengers, preferred vehicle and comments).

We do not ask for health data. If you need the wheelchair-accessible vehicle, we use that information only to assign it. Please do not include sensitive data, or other people’s data without their consent.

3. How your data reaches us

When you submit the booking form, two things happen: a copy of your request is sent to our mailbox (reservas@executivetransferandalucia.com), and WhatsApp opens on your device with the message ready for you to decide whether to send it. The website does not store your data in any database. You can also contact us by phone or email.

WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, which processes messages under its own privacy policy.

4. Why we use it and legal basis

  • To reply to your request, check availability and give you a price. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • To provide the service you book and issue the invoice. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

We do not use your data to send you advertising and we do not build profiles.

5. How long we keep it

For as long as it takes to handle your request; if it does not lead to a booking, we delete the email within one year at the latest. If you book a service, for the periods required by tax and commercial law.

6. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Hostinger, our web hosting and email provider, acts as a data processor to provide those services.

This website does not use any third-party analytics, advertising or social media tools.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to reservas@executivetransferandalucia.com or by post to C/ Jardines 5, 18650 Dúrcal (Granada), Spain. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

8. Minors

If you are under 14, please do not send us your data without your parents’ or guardians’ permission.
